2016 Russian women's fragrance market research results show that 29.1% of the respondents confirmed that in the past year, its perfume spending has decreased. It is worth noting that the respondents in the purchase of cheaper goods at the same time, did not give up the pursuit of quality and taste. 72.7% of respondents only reduced the frequency of the purchase of preferred brands, while the current selection of 38.8% of respondents are selling and marketing.
At the same time, 38.4% of women increased spending on perfume products. 80.9% of respondents said that the main reason for this situation is the rise in prices of perfume and cosmetics, which clearly reflects the pessimism of Russian consumers. Another 24% of Russian women pointed out that spending growth due to other reasons.
